The Patient Services Center is conveniently located on the second floor, room 110 of the Galter Pavilion. The Patient Liaisons in the Patient Services Center are available to provide a full range of services, including providing information or assisting with scheduling, billing, parking and directions, lodging, interpreter services, and general information. We conduct monthly focus group meetings with our patients. We welcome our patient feedback. We choose a topic and invite our patients for lunch and a discussion and then we reimburse them for the cost of their parking. Patient comment cards are also located on each floor in the Galter Pavilion. You can find the cards above boxes that say, "We're taking your pulse." The comments and feedback that we receive help us improve the service that we provide.
