We are updating "MyChart", your Personal Health Record, to improve your online experience!

Important changes include:

1. MyChart can now be accessed securely from your iPhone, iPad, or Droid
   

   You will be able to securely access your lab results, appointment information, current medications list, immunization history, and more on your mobile device. With MyChart you can: Stay in touch with your physician View your lab results View your health information View your current medications View your immunization history

    

2. A new login page
   

   You will now be able to go to a simple login page to access your personal health records.

3. Easier medication refill

   
   You’ll be able to request medication refills in a more streamlined fashion.
   
   

4. My Research
   
   

   MyResearch will include a number of features that allow you to learn about and participate in medical research that is happening at Northwestern. The first feature in MyResearch will be the General Research Registry. Enrolling in the Registry is a way to tell researchers at Northwestern that you would like to be contacted about studies that might interest you. Other features will be added to MyResearch over time.
