INTERPRETATION SERVICES FOR PATIENTS WITH
LIMITED ENGLISH OR HEARING IMPAIRMENT
Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation is dedicated to
providing high quality medical care complimented by exceptional customer
service. In order to facilitate communication and enhance your service, you
have the right to an interpreter provided at no cost to you if you are:

Hearing impaired and use Sign Language

If you prefer to communicate in a language other than English

If you are incapacitated and your caregiver is hearing
impaired and uses Sign Language or prefers to communicate in a language other
than English
For interpretation assistance, please contact your doctor’s
office or the Foundation’s Patient Services Center located at 675 N. St. Clair
