FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The Foundation neither denies nor restricts the availability of
necessary medical care based upon a patient's ability to pay. If you do not
have health insurance or if you are having difficulty paying your bill, you may
qualify for financial assistance from the Foundation. The Foundation's
financial assistance programs may cover your Foundation bills partially or in
full. An extended payment plan may also be available. Financial assistance
applicants may be required to complete an application and/or furnish
information to the Foundation in order to establish eligibility. For additional
