
Mended Hearts is a national nonprofit organization that has offered the gift of hope to heart disease patients, their families and caregivers for 60 years. Recognized for its role in facilitating a positive patient care experience, Mended Hearts offers services to heart patients through visiting programs, educational forums and support group meetings.
Join us: Meetings and educational forums are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6pm at the Feinberg Pavilion, Conference Room B.
All are welcome. No registration is necessary.
